Your privacy is very important to EZTshirtPrints and we will not give or sell anyone specific information about you or any orders you have placed through the EZTshirtPrints.com web site except EZTshirtPrints may share information about you or an order you have placed with an institution to review the use of Licensed marks as necessary. We use return email addresses to answer email we receive. EZTshirtPrints will not send you unsolicited materials except that customers may receive occasional e-mails in regards to changes in service and new features. EZTshirtPrints.com uses cookies to store information about items you are purchasing. We do not store any personal or secure information in the cookie. Artwork Policy
By submitting artwork to EZTshirtPrints.com you warrant that you have the right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, service mark, trademark, trade name, logo, artwork, graphic, name, statement, photograph, portrait, picture or illusion of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the products ordered by you from EZTshirtPrints.com. You warrant that you have not violated the property rights of any third party in obtaining material and submitting it to EZTshirtPrints.com for reproduction. You agree to indemnify and hold EZTshirtPrints.com and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against EZTshirtPrints.com by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by EZTshirtPrints.com in defending against any such suit, demand or claim. The burden of determining that any material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right rests solely with you. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses, except as may be permitted by copyright law, from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed by the use of any material protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right. A customer may not use any logo or other graphic material in a manner in which may infringe on copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary mark. A customer also may not use any logo or trademark in an unlawful manner. We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. You agree to indemnify and hold EZTshirtPrints.com harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by EZTshirtPrints.com by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through EZTshirtPrints.com. All clip art images are the property of EZTshirtPrints.com or licensed from third party vendors unless otherwise stated. Designs created from the clip art provided are in no way the property of users or customers who create such designs. For this reason, designs created using the clip art library should never be resold. Disclaimer of Liability
You acknowledge that the use of the site is at your sole risk. EZTshirtPrints will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to EZTshirtPrints that are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. EZTshirtPrints is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. EZTshirtPrints is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.
